Quality controls

Check the latest quality control of your kit

The quality of each lot of kits is verified at the time of production (control n°1) and regularly thereafter :

For ELISA kits (4 controls) : control n°2 after 6 months, n°3 after 12 months and n°4 after the expiry date = 20 months.

For IFAT kits (3 controls) : control n°2 after 10 months and n°3 after expiry date = 20 months.

Immunoenzymatic assays are performed in quadruplicates with the internal control sera, according to the instructions provided in the kits. Dilution buffer (TBS-Tween) is used as a blank. Absorbances are measured at 405 nm with a Bio-Rad iMark microplate reader (until 31.01.2025) and with a Biotek 800TS microplate reader (since 01.02.2025).
